Contrary to my parents’ worries about my trip abroad at aged 11, I adapted remarkably well. I enjoyed connecting with diverse campers and teachers and embracing inclusivity. I earned second place in a Speaking Contest, fueling my passion for communication and cultural exchange. The Young Leaders course further developed my skills in teamwork and leadership, inspiring me to motivate my peers.

As Class Vice-Monitor, I learned the importance of communication, empathy, and fairness. I developed conflict resolution skills, fostered a supportive environment, and understood the impact of setting a positive example in maintaining classroom harmony.

As Leader of the Biology Group for the High School Help Kit project, I provided academic resources and mental support to students preparing for entrance exams. Our inspiration and support helped many students succeed.

Despite progress in reducing gender biases in Vietnam's STEM fields, female participation remains low. The WiSTEM project aims to inspire young people, especially girls, to explore STEM careers through engaging classes and hands-on workshops, highlighting the achievements of women in the field.

The Performing Arts Showcase is part of "Ngay Hoi Anh Tai" Grand Finale, the largest annual event of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted. As a general director for the biology classes' performance, I scripted a 6-minute performance combining drama and dance, highlighting societal views on careers for biology students.

Leading over 100 students in the biology specialized classes for a year is demanding. Challenges motivate me to push harder and continuously improve, aiming to achieve successful activities and foster a strong sense of connection for everyone.
